These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Binary Bridge mobile application, this website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Binary Bridge, a freelancer teams firm. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Binary Bridge. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, or misleading content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• upload content you do not have the right to share;

User content

Messaging and safety

Binary Bridge provides encrypted messaging features, but you are responsible for the content you send and receive. Report abusive behavior through in-app reporting tools or by contacting support.

The Service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, and notifications. Your use of those features may also be subject to the providers' terms and policies.
